Zero stars, if possible. I contacted the D-Patrick Motoplex division to inquire on a pre-owned 2015 Mercedes Benz several days ago. Shortly thereafter, I received an email fr I contacted the D-Patrick Motoplex division to inquire on a pre-owned 2015 Mercedes Benz several days ago. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from one of their Internet Sales Associates asking how they could help. I responded to the email with my contact information, including mobile phone number, and stated that both email and phone were acceptable forms of communicating with me. I looked forward to finding out more about the vehicle I was interested in; however, the time between responses to my inquiries seemed to go on longer; the replier failed to identify himself/herself; the minimal responses were short and off-putting; and, at no time, did anyone from D-Patrick reach out to call me on the number I provided. Why bother asking for "a good number to call you back on" when that was never the intention? Subsequently (within two days), they ceased communication with me entirely. When I emailed again, I received an auto-generated response from the Internet Sales Manager stating that someone from their team would get back with me on my inquiry. A few days out and I'm still waiting for their reply. I'm not in the habit of contacting dealerships for "the fun of it" and don't appreciate being treated with disrespect or having my time wasted. Either you're in the business to sell vehicles or you're not. This ended up in lost revenue for them as I'm more than qualified and ready to buy... Just not at this establishment. Bottom-line: take your money and your time elsewhere. It appears that D-Patrick's Internet Sales Department clearly believe they're too big to provide real customer service to prospective clients. More
Dont Shop at D Patrick Honda !!! Most inflexible dealership I've ever tried to buy a car from. The Honda store manager was rude , he told my wife and I that he was going to "make us" both sign the loan app" (I was already pre-approved and have a A++ rating) he pressured us and said "you have to make a decision" after a few offers. No Haggle means you pay what they ask, on their terms, in their time frame or you don't buy from them. The salesman were courteous the manger needs to be replaced. More

Friendly excellent service Warning light for high oil level was diagnosed. Oil change and service inspection was preformed. It was also determined a recall needed to be performed as well and was completed. From drop off to pickup was under three hours. Matt was friendly and efficient. Overall it is what keeps us coming back to D Patrick for our Porsche, Mercedes, and BMW. More
