Paul Rodrigues greeted me as soon as I entered the building and worked with me, in spite of the fact that I was nearly an hour e procurement process. He set me up with exactly the car (model, trim, color, interior, etc) that I had been hoping for and gave me an estimate with the 2022 car market. My car arrived on time and the procurement process went very smoothly. Even when we had complications (my last car was a reconstructed title, so the process was not exactly straightforward) Paul got the answers we needed to make informed decisions.
