He was very straight to the point; he didn’t give the run around to try to make a sale. Overall my experience was great and I would purchase again from Honda. I would highly recommend others to do the same. More
Service poor I had the windshield replaced on my 2017 Ridgeline that I bought there, and they said it needed to have the cameras re calibrated. I drove 1 1/2 hours to Della Honda and everything worked fine on the way down. 2 1/2 hours later I left with no cruise control and their explanation was that it was raining and they couldn't complete the re-calibration. They said maybe it would "fix it self".(it didn't) I am now trying to get it fixed at another Honda dealership More
Great Sales Experience I have been looking into leasing a new HR-V, and I had talked with quite a few dealerships, and I had done a great deal of research. My experiences so I have been looking into leasing a new HR-V, and I had talked with quite a few dealerships, and I had done a great deal of research. My experiences so far had been underwhelming, particularly because I had been treated up until today like i did not know what I was doing, and I must not know anything about cars because I am a woman. I was in the area of D'ella Honda with my son and we decided to see if we could take a test drive. The salesman we met was Henry Pauquette. He was friendly, and quick to let us test drive the vehicle. Upon our return, I had some questions. I sat down with Henry, and he was very respectful of my questions, and answered them thoroughly. He treated me like he would want to be treated, and it was the most refreshing experience I have had. I came home, and I unfortunately had a family issue that will use up my available resources at this time. I hope to be able to return soon and purchase the HR-V. When I do, it will be with Henry. In the meantime, I will be letting my family and friends know of my experience, and direct them to Henry for his service. More

Thought it was good, went bad TLDR Thought I got a good deal and service until it came to light my car had been in an accident when leased by an employee of D'ella Honda and now ne TLDR Thought I got a good deal and service until it came to light my car had been in an accident when leased by an employee of D'ella Honda and now needs a new door. D'ella was not helpful at all and I'm out the money to fix the issue. I bought a previously leased 2012 Honda Accord coupe from D'ella the summer of 2015. Car was priced right, looked good, drove great, so I bought it. Salesman was fine, purchase went well, etc. All good. Fast forward to ~ March of 2016 and I start to notice rust on the driver's side door. It wasn't a lot so I figured I must have scrapped the door on something and would have to get it looked at. I took my time but when I had the car looked at in June of 2016, the rust had gotten worse and spread to other parts of the door. I went to an autobody shop I've been going to for almost 20yrs and trust, they told me the car had been in an accident and repaired incorrectly. They gave me a quote to replace the door, as it was rusted beyond repair under the paint, and paint match it to my car. I then emailed the quote to D'ella in June of 2016 and explained what the shop had found. I received a reply from Mark David with the carfax of my car, stating no accidents reported. After I replied that I had done the same thing and nothing was reported (plus I had been given a carfax at the time of purchase) and that most likely it was a cheap repair fix and an unreported accident. Mark then replied that an employee had leased the car, that it had been hit in a parking lot, and that the service department would contact me to set up the repair. After not hearing anything for a few weeks and a few emails to Mark who said I would be contacted soon, I got busy prepping for a huge exam in August and didn't follow up until September. I called D'ella's body shop directly and spoke with John, the manager I believe, and emailed him the quote. I never heard back from him. I then gave up trying to deal directly with D'ella and called Honda corporate to have them step in to help resolve the issue. After some issues with them not returning calls, etc., I was finally contacted by Scott, D'ella's used car sales manager. Scott told me they'd pay for half of the repair to the door and quoted me a price of $1300 for the replacement of the door. I told him I'd think about it and get back to him. I did my own research and found doors for $600 online close to my house (I now live 3hrs from Glenns Falls) so I offered to pick up and install the door myself if D'ella paid for it. Seeing as with Scott's quote it would have cost D'ella $600 anyways for the door and this way they didn't have to use any shop time to install it, I thought that was fair. Scott then offered to pay for half of the door ($300) and have me install it, etc. As I was pretty sure the original $1300 quote was Scott trying to get me to pay for the whole used door under the guise of paying half, I wasn't willing to do that. It also didn't help that Scott is condescending and you're typical used car salesman. I will admit I lost my temper with him but I'm not a child, don't talk to me like I'm one and I also don't appreciate the attempt at screwing me over. That's the end of my contact with this company. I'm done with them and Honda. I filed a complaint with Honda and explained that I'll never buy another one of their products because of the way this issue was handled from start to finish. I initially went to D'ella because they have a lot of great reviews but now I'm stuck with a car I can't sell for anywhere near what I owe on it due to an employee of the company not reporting an accident and cheaply repairing a car they new would be returned and sold again. If it was just another leasee, I would say that sucks and I'm out of luck but because it's an employee of the dealership who sold me the car, and I was told it would be fixed, I feel like D'ella should hold themselves to a higher standard. I went to D'ELLA on recommendation and I glad I did. They have serviced my last two Hondas. Appointments were on time and there was minimal waiting for work to be completed. I found their prices very rea They have serviced my last two Hondas. Appointments were on time and there was minimal waiting for work to be completed. I found their prices very reasonable. While getting an oil change I walked into the showroom and I saw the word hybrid on the side of an Accord. I was surprised to see that on a four door sedan and starting to ask redundant questions from Van the salesman. He answered as quick as 123. I was impressed he knew his products so well from a Technical point of view because I was an electronic tech contractor myself. I appreciated there was no pressure and I purchased the car. I made the decision because I was confident D'ELLA can take care of anything that may come up. I found people from the service department to sales a pleasure to work with. More
