There were multiple problems with my experience with the service center. I was not kept informed about things my vehicle needed, phone calls were not returned either by the person in the service department service center. It has dramatically changed my attitude about Toyota. We bought both vehicles new there, and I think we deserve better. I’m not speaking about the collision center, I am speaking about the service department where our oil was changed, etc. I’m now very sorry to say that I can no longer recommend Toyota to my friends.
