Over all service was acceptable. We have a 2021 RAV4 Hybrid. Multipoint Inspection form TOYINSP-TXM (02/20) under the interior section that the ‘HV battery cooling intake filter - inspection every 5K, clean every 20K’. To date this service has not been completed, our RAV now has 20k on it. We have asked at each service appoint since we purchased the vehicle. The service department states that this service requires a higher technician to complete, and we would have to wait or reschedule. Our general reply is “ then why is it on the inspection form”. Our research on a Hybrid mentioned this filter and how vital is is to the life of the vehicle battery. It’s confusing to schedule service appointments only to learn we need to take extra steps with the service department for such work, which is outlined by Toyota. More

As is normal here, they were ready for the vehicle when we arrived. The wait for the service to be completed was very reasonable.
