Everything was explained clearly to me and I was off with a brand new loaner xc60. The following day, I received a call that everything was done as promised with the exception of a missing part. The service department is so good I might buy another Volvo I tried to buy a car from this dealer, but they refused to stop trying to sneak in extra fees.
