Everything was explained clearly to me and I was off with a brand new loaner xc60. The following day, I received a call that everything was done as promised with the exception of a missing part. The service department is so good I might buy another Volvo I tried to buy a car from this dealer, but they refused to stop trying to sneak in extra fees. Lemons into lemonade I was called in for the repair of recall items. However, when I arrived, I was told there were no recall items for my car. I was not happy. But Lawrence made things right by tracking down the error as to why I was ever called and Alex made it better by running a diagnostic on my car just to be sure all was ok and getting me out of there as promised within 20 minutes.
