Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I was late but able to have my car serviced and the service completion time was reasonable. Both David my service advisor and Mike the head of service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had just purchased a Volvo XC40 recharge. I drove it for 5 days and got an error message re service went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I had just purchased a Volvo XC40 recharge. I drove it for 5 days and got an error message requiring service. Mike immediately called me and out David in charge who ordered me a loaner vehicle while mine was repaired. Apparently the car needed a reboot. I hope it will be smooth sailing from now on! More
