I am very Happy with the work done on my car( Routine maintainence). The service rep Richard Tran dropped the ball however. He gave me an estimated time of about and 1.5hours or " before 12:00. At about 12:20 I went to the service desk to ask and the guy there said "oh yeah, you're done...I guess Rick is on lunch" My paperwork apparently just sat there. I'm glad I asked before Rick got back from lunch because no one told me I was done. I had no texts, no updates. More
