Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We are sorry to hear that our lease buy-out policy was not communicated to you clearly. We certify lease buy-outs, which provides additional protection for the customer and their vehicle. Historically, with the added benefit of the certified service contract, approximately 90% of our customers take the certified option when buying out their lease. It is possible to buy out the lease from the bank as an "as-is" purchase and not take advantage of the additional service contract protection for the vehicle. We will review our presentation and available options on lease buy-outs with our entire sales staff in the next sales meeting. We take our reviews seriously here and truly appreciate your candor.
