I wish I had better things to say, but I found communication very frustrating. I arrived for my 11:00 appointment (oil change and check fluids, etc.) and was told they were very busy so it would communication very frustrating. I arrived for my 11:00 appointment (oil change and check fluids, etc.) and was told they were very busy so it would likely be ready around 3:00. They offered me a ride home via Lyft for which I was very appreciative. My service rep Jonathan had given me his business card and said to call him, but when I called the number on the card, it was not in service. I then called the phone number from your website and was put on hold several times, and finally transferred to the service department where it went straight to voice mail. I finally was able to speak to the woman who answered the phone around 4:00, She told me they were still working on my car and it would not be ready until the next day, around 12:00 or 1:00. This was problematic since I was not expecting to be without my car overnight and half of the next day. She said one of the service techs would call me to clarify, but no one did. (I had previously received an email with a video delineating all the things wrong with my car that needed attention, mostly changing fluids and other minor issues.) I called around 11:30 the following morning to see if there was any update, and Jonathan told me my car was ready, and had been ready since the previous afternoon. WHAT??? Why on earth did someone tell me it wasn’t ready and make me rearrange all my plans for the day (to be without my car) if it was ready? When I came in to pick up my car, I asked Jonathan repeatedly why no one had called me the previous day. He explained that I had “opted out” of phone calls and text messages so they had no way to reach me. I find that impossible to believe – yes, I would have opted out of mass sales and marketing calls and texts, but that should not include specific calls to me regarding service on my car. I have no way to verify the quality of work that was done and will trust that the car was well taken care of; why else would I have returned to the dealership? But until you get your act together regarding communications with customers, I cannot justify bringing my car back in the future. More

Service was less than mediocre. Can’t get ahold of anyone on phone. Hold times are long. Paid for service that wasn’t even done at all or correctly. Nor was it tested. Which means I would be further inconvenienced to fix Mazda’s mistake. Thanks for nothing! More

I wasn’t informed of the estimated cost, even though this was my FIRST service, which I was told & thought was free. I had to pay my return Uber, which is ridiculous being you don’t have or offer Loaners or was my FIRST service, which I was told & thought was free. I had to pay my return Uber, which is ridiculous being you don’t have or offer Loaners or maybe you do; I just wasn’t offered one. I asked if my vehicle needed shocks, I wasn’t provided an answer. The light where the air comes in stays on. When I told the guy who checked me in (John) he said it’s supposed to stay on, that’s not true….. Geez, if u don’t know, just say, I don’t know & we’re not going to fix it. Next time (if I return to Culver City) Mazda, I’d prefer a “Seasoned” technician, like Martin at Culver City Volvo. More
Lack of urgency to greet or take care of clients, long wait times, didn’t receive video overview until after payment, very poor communication and was provided different answers to my questions. Car was so wait times, didn’t receive video overview until after payment, very poor communication and was provided different answers to my questions. Car was soaking wet when it was brought out. Miguel and the team always do a great job. Everyone at the dealership are always friendly, polite and efficient.
