I didn't have so much and issue with any of the people who have generally been really nice however I have literally been waiting on a part for months without resolution. This is the front camera that is v who have generally been really nice however I have literally been waiting on a part for months without resolution. This is the front camera that is vital for safety features of the car (which by the way also being driven by my new driver son). I am uncomfortable with these safety features being disabled not to mention the error messages take up a lot of the display preventing other metrics from being displayed (very annoying). I was even told to call the Mazda customer excellence center which I did and they were not helpful at all. In fact they said they would escalate my case and someone would call me within 2 business days and that never happened. As of right now, I'm told the part is coming from Japan with no due date so I have a crippled car and not even an offer to compensate me in any way. I know this is partly a corporate thing however at the dealership level, I can think of something that can be done. I have something else (an air vent) that was accidentally broken (and thus not covered under warranty). A nice gesture might be to replace that vent at no cost to me which would make me very happy and show good faith to a long standing customer (who has had 4 Mazdas to date and plans to get another Mazda when this lease concludes in June of 2024). More
