Scheduling has been inefficient at the dealership. It appears that more appointments are scheduled than service representatives to sustain the schedule - e.g., even when scheduled early in the servic It appears that more appointments are scheduled than service representatives to sustain the schedule - e.g., even when scheduled early in the service day (7 a.m.), the vehicle service does not commence for some time. At this last service, one of the tire pressure sensors was damaged while repairing a tire. The service rep released the vehicle despite warning indicators from the TPMS. As a result, the vehicle had to be rescheduled at the Service Dept for a two+ hour service window. [The Service Dept replaced/repaired the sensor at no cost - absolutely, no issue regarding cost.] The Service Manager, Jonathan Rodriguez, was/is an excellent communicator and did a great job of responding to the TPMS issue. Working with Jonathan was not at all an issue. I would be happy to work with him again. More
