I was pleased with Richard as my service rep. He was thorough and kept me up to date with the progress. However, I had a 9:20 am appointment for an oil change and rotation, and didn't get the car He was thorough and kept me up to date with the progress. I would expect that with an appointment for this simple service it should not take 5 hours. More
