My CX-50 is my second lease and I was approaching (literally 6 days left) the end of my lease with my CX-5, Arlene reached out to help out with my options. I test-drove my new baby and leased on the same day in under 90 minutes (Of course, I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in), where else can the process be so smooth and welcoming?!? Shout out to the whole Culver City Mazda crew because I know there's much more that goes on behind the scenes. Thank you all again! More
Today I leased my third mazda from Culver City Mazda and this was the smoothest experience so far. I traded in my second CX-5 for a CX-30 that has a bunch of new tech features that are cool. Most of the whole process was done through texts, which was super easy and quick. Bryant text me that my lease was expiring soon, he got my current car info and what i was looking for regarding down payment, monthly, model etc, passed that info to Arlene who text me links to a couple models and the money breakdown. I wanted to see two and I made an appt for this afternoon. Arlene and Bryant were both there and they had a model ready for me to test drive that I didn't really like so they swapped it for a CX-30 to try, while that was happening Arlene and I got started on paperwork. Bryant was really helpful and walked me through the car, by this time I really had all the information to just go on a quick test drive and decide. When I got back to the dealership ready to move forward everyone was really helpful. Bryant got the car detailed and helped me sync my phone and all that while Arlene was facilitating everything between Bryant and the Finance guys, Toni and Roman. They were pretty busy but everyone was really kind and as speedy as they could be. Once the paperwork was ready, Roman walked me through everything and Toni threw in a little client appreciation, which was appreciated! Everyone was really great, no notes. More

After leasing my car back in early 2021, when the market was great to lease a car, I was very skeptical to get into a new lease as the prices have gone way up.
