Always appreciated Migue's friendly, efficient service and clear communication. He knows his business and conveys his expertise with his personable and professional manner. I did not, however, enjoy the end-of-lease experience - thousands of dollars in unexpected costs (beyond the residual value and a requirement for CPO in order to finance the vehicle with Mazda) that they threw at me - which I opted NOT to pay - have, along with inconvenient distance from my home, basically driven me away from this dealership for future dealings after three years of a generally excellent experience.
