Taking my car to the shop usually gives me anxiety - don't know what will be found and what the cost will be, but coming to Culver City Mazda helps to alleviate that. Steve greeted me with a wave when I first pulled up, which immediately took the edge off. Since I had an appointment, Steve helped me get set up and was very clear about what the next steps would be. As I waited, Steve was great about letting me know the progress, and what services would cost, so I could make decisions. Just fabulous positivity and communication! More
