I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. Not only did they swiftly complete those but they also did a full inspection, washed my car and even installed some new wiper blades for me. After the inspection they gave me a very down to earth and detailed explanation of things that may need to be improved in the future on my car. I didn't feel pressured at all and their inspection was easy to understand as I am not a car guy myself. They also were following CDC recommendations of social distancing and P.P.E. which made me feel comfortable and safe during this crazy time. I would like to personally thank Steve for making my trip not only hassle free but also enjoyable. I will continue to do buisness with Culver City Mazda/Volvo as I can trust my car is in good hands.
