Excellent service. The only issue I had with your dealership was after the paperwork was signed, it took hours before my car was ready. I understand that you need to wash/detail the cars but we had picked out the model and color of the car the day before, so you had a full day to get the car ready. The second day, we were at the dealership for 6 hours (3 of those spent just waiting for the car after the paperwork was done). Would have been nice if you could expedite this process or notify us of the wait time so we could have left and returned later in the day. Instead, we kept being told the car was coming out any minute but it took 2 hours. When the car finally came out, it had a few scratches that needed to be buffed out so it had to go back to your team which took another hour. When it came out the second time, there were still scratches but by this point we were exhausted and hungry so we decided to leave without fixing them. Overall, we had a positive experience but I recommend fixing the timing issue as I don't think many people would be as patient as we were. More
