I always dread coming to Culver City Chevrolet--not just because my car is having issues, but all the employees there take advantage of female customers. They make the assumption that women don't know anyth because my car is having issues, but all the employees there take advantage of female customers. They make the assumption that women don't know anything about automotive repairs and will inflate the prices because "they don't know better." When I came to get my car serviced, they charged me a little over 4 times the amount of parts for labor. I'm not sure why labor is outrageously expensive, especially when it took them only an hour to install the new parts. If the service was completed so quickly, it can't be that labor intensive. Truthfully, the only reason why I allowed them to service my car was because I'm tired of having this issue. Needless to say, I'm going to look into the class action lawsuit surrounding the issue with my car. Apparently, it's extremely common. Additionally, I'm planning on selling the car and getting a new one--definitely not a Chevy. Chevy cars are trash! More

My vehicles engine light was on & decided to take to a Chevy dealer. The initial 3-4 hour inspection I was told at drop off Took 8 hours only to tell me I needed a new battery. Not covered by warranty & Chevy dealer. The initial 3-4 hour inspection I was told at drop off Took 8 hours only to tell me I needed a new battery. Not covered by warranty & cost 500$. I also never received a call that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I showed up on my own during closing time to see the employee closing the gate. I assume they want to keep my vehicle over night so I can pay even more. They are great for an 8 hour, 500$ battery exchange. Probably good mechanics, but terrible front desk service. Over friendly & shady. More
