I went in for an estimate to fix a steering problem and for a recall. I was told it would take 1 to 3 days, on day 4 I had to call them to check on my car. I was told I should get a call back later today, I did not. On day 5 I called and the estimate was still not ready. I informed them that I was coming to get my car. I paid $295 for the estimate. They wanted to charge me $10,000 to fix a $4000 car. On top of having to wait probably a month for them to fix it. They didn't fix the recall and also gave me back my car with the airbag light on, the horn not working and the steering wheel controls not working. The only thing they did do was wash my car. More

My truck went in on a Monday for something the service person said would be fixed in a day or two. I went to pick it up a week later. After waiting 45 minutes for them to drive my car out I finally got in person said would be fixed in a day or two. I went to pick it up a week later.
