The representative didn’t informed me of any fees prior to make the appointment neither when I arrived at the dealership service department location. He asked me to sign the paperwork and only then I saw that my signature indicates that I have to pay the amount of $240.00 for the vehicle repairs estimate. He said that if I decided for them to do the work then the $240.00 will go to the repair cost and if not, they are going to charge me anyway for the mechanic time spent. I believe that this information should have been given before scheduling the appointment or at least when I got there already and not after they took the vehicle inside the repair shop. They should be truthful with the fees before and not after taking (driving) the vehicle inside the repairs shop. More

I brought my 2019 Chevy bolt in to have the recalled battery replaced and to look at a tire that was leaking. The representatives I felt with are friendly and seemed to be helpful. While the car was there I also asked them to check on the charging cord that comes with the car that never worked from when I first bought the car. They looked at it and said it was broken but it was out of warranty which I feel is not very fair considering it’s the only tool they give you to charge the car and the car self is still under warranty, but the cord to charge it is only a three-year warranty, and it never worked in the first place. I just feel that bad costumer service. The whole time I’ve had the car we’ve had to go find place to just charge it because we cannot charge it at home which is very inconvenient. The only reason we never brought it in since we bought the car was because of Covid and just not trying to go out places where we didn’t need to go, other than that my car was scratched while at the dealership and it was just such a pain in the butt trying to get somebody to acknowledge. The lady said we took pictures, but we can’t tell whether the scratch was there or not and I didn’t know what that means if she was just nonchalantly said well if you have a complaint, you can always call talk to the service manager , so overall, I just am upset why my car was scratched to something I feel should be covered wasn’t and just the inconvenience. I have to bring the car and have a whole new battery put in in the first place is very disheartening and inconvenient More
