The service department is a scam. I had just received my car from a body shop. I had the whole car repainted. I drove to dealership to get an oil change and one of my tires was way lo I had just received my car from a body shop. I had the whole car repainted. I drove to dealership to get an oil change and one of my tires was way low on air. When the service advisor was writing up my car, the clown put scratches on the pre inspection report for me to sign. I asked him if he was crazy. I said I just got my car back from the paint shop. Show me where the scratches are. He said there are always scratches so I said I would like to speak with the manager. He then agree not to write up false paperwork. I left my car there and even left my info system on tire pressure. When I received my car back, it shows on paperwork that they check air in tires and it was signed off by technician. All the tires had the same pressure that I gave it to them with. The one tire was still low. Last month, I made an appointment online and it showed that they had loaners. I arrived for my appointment after check in I asked about the loaner. They said we don’t have any available. I said I saw about 10 lined up with the dealership name and courtesy loaner stenciled on rear windows. The advisor said oh? Those are not in service yet. I said why did they say they were available online? I then asked for a shuttle ride home. He called the shuttle driver ,the driver said I didn’t have lunch yet I’m going on lunch. The advisor said , no we don’t have any shuttles available, so I took my car left and went to Penske Cadillac. More
