Well -it's hard to say. I've had the car in and out of there about 5 times in the last several months. I love Luis and he always takes great care of me. But there have been I've had the car in and out of there about 5 times in the last several months. I love Luis and he always takes great care of me. But there have been some issues with the technicians who worked on my car and the way my car was handled and returned back to me that I thought was sloppy and unprofessional. But those concerns were previously passed on to Luis at the time they happened back in September and October when there was major work performed on my car. Luis is fabulous-and if not for him, I would not be taking the time to fill this review out. Thank you! More

It was terrible. My car was in the shop for over 2 months and when it was finally ready, they were going to turn it in to me without washing the car. The car was sitt My car was in the shop for over 2 months and when it was finally ready, they were going to turn it in to me without washing the car. The car was sitting in their lot for over 2 months and they were going to turn it back to me very filthy. Only because I demanded it to be washed. Also, for the inconvenience of being left without my car and having to replace the engine, I asked if they would turn in my vehicle with a full tank due to the inconvenience even though I left it with a little over half a tank. They said they couldn't and did agree to fill it 3/4 of it which was $20 worth. This left me with a bad taste and I feel that this dealer did not care if I never returned as a paying customer since they were also at a loss for having my car for over 2 months trying to figure out how to fix it.
