Gio understood my needs for the car and took care of what he needed to do. The pick-up was awful! Employees cussing in front of me and other customers. Gio has handled the last few issues with my car with great ease and knowledge. The front office is another story. Clearly you're training new employees but when that takes more than double the time it w great ease and knowledge. The front office is another story. Clearly you're training new employees but when that takes more than double the time it would take it's time to stop the training and have the new employee shadow the current employee rather than make the customer wait an incredibly long time. That was when I dropped off my car. When I picked it up it took over 40 minutes because of issues with the paperwork in the office! They also were not the friendliest nor did they explain what was happening for it to take so long until I was visibly frustrated and asked for the 3rd time. A female service rep was joking around with another service rep while I was waiting. She was cussing up a storm in front of me and other older customers. Disrespect in the workplace has overtaken the overall workforce. So disappointing. More
