Lack of communication from service technician. Customer has to constantly call to check and see if car is being fixed. When calling the dealership, the phone just rings and when someone does answe Customer has to constantly call to check and see if car is being fixed. When calling the dealership, the phone just rings and when someone does answer the phone the automatically transfer the call without answering with the dealership name. I was accused that my car was in an accident as to why my car could not be fixed properly because the technician was not well versed with fixing the problem. This dealership is the worst a Chevrolet dealer shop I have ever been to and I have been a Chevrolet corvette owner since 2004. I will never return for service. More

The wait time he told me that he needed to properly diagnose my truck was not accurate. And suggested to me that I was mistaken about my leaving my car there for 3 days wasn't what he said, he said, he diagnose my truck was not accurate. He told me the starter & flywheel needs to be replaced for $7400.00 I had a 2nd mechanic look at they actually took the transmission off and the flywheel off and showed me the parts - stating there is nothing wrong with either. But they replaced both parts anyway- to see if the noise will stopped. It didn't. I still here the same noise. So I paid for a misdiagnosed opinion. And I would have potentially would have paid $7400 for nothing. I feel I'm due a refund More
