Top notch service, my dealer in Orange County burned me on my service contract by not making it a gmc approved service and keeping it in house so I had to pay out of pocket to Culver City Chevy. The service department tried to scheme me faking a fuel problem diagnosis of my brand new truck. The scheme was trying to charge almost $18.000 through the insurance. Our service representative is always telling us wrong information in regards to our vehicles being ready. On atleast four occasion s we have been told that our vehicle would be ready and it wasn't. The parts were not even ordered for three days we awaited the unit and was told daily that the unit was being repaired. We actually had to pick up the unit incomplete and it was almost two weeks before the part came in. If we had not picked up our unit it would have still been there. The service dept. became rude when we kept trying to get updates. Also she was asked twice to follow our prodigal to call the office number for updates and she still calls our mechanics. More
