Culver City Chevrolet - Service Center

The customer service rep was excellent. The only thing is, I’m still trying to understand what service was done on my car for me to pay over $800.00 after I was told what needed to be done to fix the prob is, I’m still trying to understand what service was done on my car for me to pay over $800.00 after I was told what needed to be done to fix the problem. I let Luis know that I will take it somewhere else but like I said above, I was still charged $800.00 and my problem on my car was never fixed. I took it to my personal mechanic and it was fixed for $150.00. Luis told me that I could bring it back in 30 days but I already told him I didn’t need to bring it back because I could get someone else to fix it. I purchased a 2022 corvette and in 5 days the car had problems had to go back to dealer ship it stayed there for exactly a week , they didnt provide me a loaner car, and when car was ready for pickup i w problems had to go back to dealer ship it stayed there for exactly a week , they didnt provide me a loaner car, and when car was ready for pickup i went to see they have put aprox 45 miles on the car more then the amount needed to check if problem was fixed , havent refilled the gas they used, they didnt even wash the car , gave it to me all dirty and dusty , and also burned part of the side panel of the car. $5700 for a clutch job .They kept my truck over a month and when I got it back it was running hot engine light on and the had and accident with my truck.
