Hi Michelle. If you could respond to me through this portal, I would greatly appreciate it because I was never specifically informed what I was charged $800 plus dollars. The only thing my rep Luis informed me was that I have within 30 days to bring my car back and have the service completed. I specifically informed Luis that I didn’t need any service done at all because I found someone else who did what I needed to be done to my car for much much less. I look forward to your response.
