Terrible service, wasn’t offered any rental car while my car was being worked on, and they had my car for 5 days. I tried calling to get updates on if they had a vehicle available but the service rep never car was being worked on, and they had my car for 5 days. I tried calling to get updates on if they had a vehicle available but the service rep never called me back even after I left voicemail, text messages, and her co workers left her a note saying to give me a call back. She never called me back to even give me a status update about my vehicle. They only thing they did was notify me that my car was done being serviced on the 5th day. More
