Only received an oil change, nothing was said about rotating my tires. I have prepaid maintenance service but I bought my car at a different dealership, I feel like that matters here. Was only helped when a guy in a suit asked me ( as a greetings ) "how's it going " and I responded with " not too good, I can't get any service. He went to speak to one of the 3 attendants sitting there and then he reluctantly asked what did I need More

It was supposed to be done 2-3 days and it took 5. People would not answer my phone inquiries. In the one rare case they did - could not tell me anything about when the car will be finished. When it finally was and I came to pick it up service was slow and rude under one common excuse “we are busy…wait”. It was a stressful, horrible customer experience. And it is all because Chevrolet screwed up! You sell trash for expensive and you fix it as a punishment, not true customer service. I will NEVER buy or use Chevrolet and GM for anything when this car is done. It was awful! More
