Your service section failed to fix my vehicle and could not provide solutions to the issue I brought it in for nor new issues that they found and/or caused. I went in because I had a stability track issue (vehicle shutting off & notification wouldn’t go away). The service team stated the catalytic converter was the cause and I needed to fix that for a total of over $1,800. I agreed to pay the amount and the repair began, however, during this period I was informed that another issue was discovered (exhaust manifold) and that it needed to be fixed at an extra $473.24. I once again agreed and waited for my vehicle for a couple of days. When I finally went to go pick up my car I noticed that my gas indicator was not working, which it was prior to me sending it in for service. Mind you, I’ve never had an issue with it before. So, I showed the mechanic that had worked on my car, he said he didn’t know why that happened but that I needed to leave my vehicle there to have it looked at again, which I did. After a week, I was Informed that I needed to pay an extra $783 to have the gas indicator fixed, again an issue that I didn’t have or cause prior to me leaving my vehicle at the dealership. I said I wasn’t going to pay for the mechanic’s error since my vehicle never had that issue before. The service manager, Sergio Rivas, then called me to say that if I wanted to have my car fixed I needed to pay the $783 or I needed to come pick up my vehicle as it was issue and all. I finally picked up my vehicle after speaking to the manager, Luis Menjivar, who had indicated that all my issues had been fixed. However, when I drove off the lot within five minutes the stability track issued appeared again. From there, I immediately turned around and returned the vehicle, but I was informed that I would need to pay an extra $200 to have the vehicle inspected yet again because “the mechanic needs to get paid. He doesn’t work for free”. I didn’t say anything and just left the vehicle there. A couple of days later I was informed that the issue was now the fuel pump. From there I decided I did not trust that service group/dealership any longer…felt like they were just trying to get me to waste more money and time without giving a real solution…and picked my vehicle up. The stability issue still exists (vehicle turns off)!! This dealership wasted a lot of my time and money off of their incompetence. I would not recommend this dealership and am only giving them one star since that is the lowest rating possible.
