Nice service person, but I brought my car in so they would fix the CarPlay. They talked me into $870 worth of service, which I may have needed, and kept car for 3 days but didn't fix Car Play, the reas would fix the CarPlay. Very disappointing Had warranty first oil change which was not honored as late several days . Stated got a deal which was honored for all owners. Warranty should be honored with leniency. I have a Chevy explorer van with problems which was stated nothing could be done as too customized but was purchase from Chevy dealership new. If you sell a product it should be honored at all service centers. Chevy has dignity with its products. More

There’s a disconnect from Chevrolet corporate and the service centers. I got an email instructing me that I could schedule my battery replacement for my bolt online. I did so and when I showed up, I was service centers. I got an email instructing me that I could schedule my battery replacement for my bolt online. I did so and when I showed up, I was told that I needed to call in and arrange it because the service center needed to get the battery in stock first. While I was disappointed in this, my service rep was able to get me back in a short amount of time and the battery was replaced successfully. Would be great if the online tools for scheduling and the real life experience were better in sync but I don’t see that as the service centers fault. More
