In general I am not a person who likes to deal with sales people and I do my homework before I go to a store. I definitely did not want to spend my day at the dealership as I have had those experiences in the past purchasing other new vehicles. Overall I worked with Wael (his name was not on the dealer rating option) and his colleague Nader. They got my drift of what I wanted and we only had to negotiate a little on two things. Once we settled, everything went fairly smooth and they were able to get me out of there within 3 hours. They were not too pushy and did not try to oversell me the additional extras (ie. warranty). Also they were overall very friendly to my wife and 1 year old son so happy with the overall experience. More

Excellent Customer Service I had a recall performed on my Toyota in addition to routine servicing. I had assumed that with the recall I would get a loaner and so I could get ba I had a recall performed on my Toyota in addition to routine servicing. I had assumed that with the recall I would get a loaner and so I could get back to my home office while the recall was being performed. But I learned that my recall would take less than 2 hours, and so I would not be eligible for a loaner. Todd understood my problem and he arranged a courtesy vehicle to take me home and then to pick me up when the work was completed. This was very helpful and made my day far more productive. I would like to thank Todd was his excellent customer service and support. More
