My check engine light was on and the receptionist said they where booked. I called around and everyone was booked. I called back to make an appointment because crystal is close and I got Anthony. It was a very nice surprise to see Toni Marzilli at the service check-in desk when I came in for my last two service appointments. I have known her for many years from my neighborhood in Bound Brook. She is so pleasant and willing to answer questions in person and via telephone. My good experience with Toyota led to my brother's recent lease of a Toyota product and his first servicing this week. I purchased my car at Crystal a while back and they couldn't have been nicer. Everything was explained in full to me in a way that I could fully understand what I was getting and paying for. This particular time I was in for service for an oil change and a tire problem. There seemed to be a little leak in my tire but no one was really able to find anything on a prior visit. I believe it was the Manager of the department himself went to look at it and finally found the tinest pin hole and the problem was resovled. Someone came out during this time to keep me posted as to what they were doing and then again to let me know that they did find something and it was being fixed. While waiting for my repair to be done, my daughter wanted to look at the new cars. A salesman approached us and I made it clear we were not buying just looking and we were here for a service appointment. He was still very nice and answered all of my daughters questions, showed her all the cars she was interested in and was very knowlegeable. When we are ready to buy her a new car I will go back to Crystal and ask for him. I never feel pressured there like I do in other dealerships and I'm always in and out when I go for a routine service appointment. We love our Toyota. More
When I was thinking of buying a car-I wondered if Crystal would be true to the Toyota commitment of excellence. The day I walked into crystal auto mall, I left with a new Toyota Highlander, great financing, would be true to the Toyota commitment of excellence. The day I walked into crystal auto mall, I left with a new Toyota Highlander, great financing, a service contract and roadside assistance. I have used them all. In fact while on vacation we had a flat, far from home. The road side assistance was there in 15 minutes and the work done while we ate dinner. We did have to go to another dealership for a repair.On returning home I had some concerns and Toni Marzelli was so professional and probably one of the best customer service managers I have ever encountered. We discussed our concerns and Toni brought us in to have the car checked. She continues to deliver total customer satisfaction and she is so pleasant. Let's face it --sometimes we may not always be right, but it is good to know--how honest Toni was in solving our problems. I Love my highlander. I was the only one who braved the mountains in the blizzard this year and returned home-safe and sound. My mom loves the back seat and has her own controls when traveling. I have to say that crystal Auto mall and Toni Marzelli are a breath of fresh air when it comes to doing business. I am already looking from my next Toyota (don't tell my husband). I would highly recommend this dealership and a service contract. We all have so much to worry about, let good service be Crystals job! More
My overall experience was mixed. It took 4 months to get my car after order was placed and i was not given the dashboard upgrade for which i was charged 800$. But Lydia, Kirsten and others were very responsive though they did not address my concern for not getting what i paid for. One person in the dealership Kevin was worst to deal with. He kept changing his word, lied blatantly and acted like a typical car salesman you hear about. More

I bought my new camry the following week after doing some research and finding out the staff at Crystal were being 100% honest with their price quotes. Since then I have recommended my salesperson to my sister-in-law and a co-worker. This was by far the easiest and pressure free transaction while buying a car. Keep up the good work!!!
