Hello, I went to Crystal Auto Mall looking for a good deal. But what I got was a great deal Amr Elsayed was my sales rep. He and I worked out a deal within 20 minutes. Mr. Amr Elsayed displayed excellent customer service. Through out the deal Mr. Elsayed never tryed to get more out of me he respected my budget and worked to hard to completely satisfiy me and my family. Employees like Amr Elsayed and Anthony from Finance were excellent. I will be returning after my lease term is up. Thank you for a great shopping exprience!!!!!!!!!!!! More
My fiance and I brought our car in for service and we were greated by Toni the Cutomer Relations Manager. In replacing a component for my xm radio in my toyota tacoma, technician disabled the wrong xm radio id on my xm account (i have 5 xm subscriptions altogether). instead of over-riding the xm radio id in tacoma, technician disabled the wrong xm radio id on my xm account (i have 5 xm subscriptions altogether). instead of over-riding the xm radio id in my toyota, the technician managed to switch one of my other xm id's from my chevy silverado to the new unit in the toyota. this error came to light when my silverado suddenly lost it's xm signal on the day my toyota was serviced (friday march 11). on checking with xm radio, xm initially maintained that my account showed only 4 xm id's, and there was no record of a valid, activated id for my silverado. i know this was wrong as i had initiated a 2 year xm contract for the silverado on 12/22/2010. after 40 minutes on the phone with xm (what a waste of my time, due to crystals auto's ineptitude), the xm associate worked out that crystal auto had instructed xm to transfer my silverado's xm id onto my replacement xm radio in my toyota, thus effectively shutting down one of my 5 xm radio id's. once the xm supervisor had reconstructed what had happened, it took her another 15 minutes to restore everything to what it should have been, and to confirm that i still had 5 valid, paid for, and activated xm radio id's. At the time when people were crying about sudden acceleration, I was experiencing sudden deceleration.The car would have slight hesitations, I would step on the gas and the clutch would disengage and hang up.The free engine then reved to 3000rpm's. This all should show in the computer; it did not!It was dangerous, but was infrequent. According to the data base no one in the country had experienced such a thing.I was between a rock and a hard place. Service at Crystal would have fixed it if they knew what it was or actually saw it happen. I was upset but refrained from being abusive. Perhaps someone else might remember it differently but that's the way I remember it. So we had a meeting between me the service agent and the Relations manager. Everyone dug their heels in, they had a system that says nothing and I had my word and the truth on my side.I speculated about RAM memory being over loaded and not another task being unable to happen. A good idea that would explain a lot, but we couldn't prove it. I objectively stepped back from the fight and said that if I had been real nasty but then they found the problem I knew what they would do, they would fix it.I reminded them that when the floor was soaked with water they didn't just dry it out. I got a loaner and a new rug. The Customer Relations manager Toni Marzilli bet on me and the next day I got a call where she told me she authorized a new computer. It's been 6 months or more not even a xxxx up. I consider it fixed. Three cheers for Toni Marzilli and Crystal Auto Mall. More

My nephew has a toyota and comes to your location for service and always receives top notch service and leaves very happy and I am sure that i will feel the same. I bought a 2011 Toyota Rav in November. I had a satellite radio and navigation system installed a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I have returned (approximately 5 satellite radio and navigation system installed a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I have returned (approximately 5 times so far), they can't seem to get the satellite radio to work properly. During the day, it's great, however at night when I try to listen to satellite radio my display says "No Device". This doesn't happen every night, but probably close to 75% of the time. The Service Dept. has even installed a new radio but the same thing keeeps happening. It's frustrating to be paying for a service I can only use during the day and to be going back and forth to the dealer on a weekly basis. Toni has been great and has gone above and beyond to help me with this problem. I can't say enough about her persistence and work ethic to make me a satisfied customer. I'm sure (and hope) in the near future this problem will be rectified. More

There were issues with the electrical system in the 2007 Mazda 3 I purchased at Chrystal Auto Mall. It was, admittedly, a very unusual circumstance, in that the car had had after-market work done to it by Mazda 3 I purchased at Chrystal Auto Mall. It was, admittedly, a very unusual circumstance, in that the car had had after-market work done to it by the original owner. Unbeknownst to me (and, I believe, to the dealership itself), this work had not been done very well, with the result that the same problem kept occurring with the car (the power locks would stop working). The Mazda service department at Chrystal made the repairs promptly, and made every effort to help me out with my problem. In particular, Matt Hoff was extremely helpful, and really helped me make the best of the situation. Ultimately, I traded-in that car for another Mazda (also at Chrystal). Although I certainly wasn't happy about the unxpected electrical problems, Matt Hoff made me feel confident that Chrystal would take responsibility for the problem, and would do everything in their power to make things right. Obviously, I trust Chrystal to do the right thing when it comes to their customer service, because I stayed with them when I traded in the 2007 Mazda 3 for the 2008 Mazda 3 I now own. More
We had an issue with our rear door not closing properly which resulted in it being damaged. Toni was able to take care of it for us with excellent results.
