I've been a customer of Crystal for 35 years having bought my first Camry in '85. Albert was very friendly and professional and knew right away the answers to my husband and I questions, and if it didn't know he would find out. As a result he sold us our new 2020 Toyota Avalon which we away the answers to my husband and I questions, and if it didn't know he would find out. Over the past 15 years I have had some issues with long wait time, but I have always been treated fairly and courteously. Recently, they have handled the COVID issue well, I never felt uncomfortable in their waiting area as I expected to. More

During this pandemic time, it's still nice and quiet there, while maintaining social distance, plus, everyone is working extra hard to satisfy us. The key is they could diagnosis and solve my problem. My recent visits including a window channel and wheel alignment. Lissette Torres always helpful for pointing the issues and cheerful to give me updates. They also give me suggestions but not pushing to do it. More
I have been taking my Sienna & corolla to Toyota Wallingford CT for last eight year since I moved to US. A year & 1/2 ago I moved to NJ, so started taking my cars to Crystal Toyota. On my last two v Wallingford CT for last eight year since I moved to US. A year & 1/2 ago I moved to NJ, so started taking my cars to Crystal Toyota. On my last two visits I was asked " Do you have outside mechanic as you come to us only for regular oil change service but not or major repair" I told to the guy that better you check my record. I have got some other services done from you, also I do some maintenance work by my own. At the first occasion, I had to go the wait for long go get the service done, though I could see my car was done but the guy did not come to me to tell me that my car is ready till I went to him. Last time the lady at the service desk asked me the same question. "You come to us for regular oil change service only". Nobody ever asked me this question during eight years at Toyota Wallingford CT. So, I am absolutely disappointed from the Crystal Toyota behavior. It made me to think, why I should go to them anymore? More
Sad and Disappointing Brought my Corolla in for a recall. Was told I'd be there an hour max. 90 minutes later, someone finds me to tell me the recall is fine, however my wi Brought my Corolla in for a recall. Was told I'd be there an hour max. 90 minutes later, someone finds me to tell me the recall is fine, however my windshield wipers & brakes needed replacing. Unknown to Crystal Toyota, the day before I had an oil change on the car, to which the mechanic told me everything was fine on my car & I specifically asked them to check my brakes, due to what Crystal told me the last time I was there. That mechanic was nice enough to show me how they test the brakes and that my brakes received the green service signal, which I know Crystal mechanics understand what that means. I don't know if Crystal feels they can take advantage of me because they know I'm single & may not know much about cars, but I find it horrible that they would try to do such a thing. I use to be so happy with the people that work here. No more. More
