I took my Outback for a 60,000 mile checkup to Crown Subaru. Chris Bevil arranged for a better start time than I had arranged online, so I was off to a good start. I purchased a 2021 Subaru Limited Forester for my son's 16th birthday. David Gadd my sales representative was the perfect man for helping me decide which automobile would be the best for my son. I described what was important to me in an automobile and the two types I was interested in. David picked two automobiles that he thought would be a great fit and he was absolutely right I purchased one of the two he chose. He was not a pushy salesman that tried to talk me into things I did not need but was very helpful suggesting things that I had overlooked. He listened carefully to my needs for my sons first car. David Gadd made us feel like family! He went through every feature imaginable with me and my son. He took his time explaining things about the Forester and asked several times if we had any questions. David even brought the Forester to my house personally just a few minutes before the dealership closed on a Saturday so my son would not have to wait until Monday to receive his new car! Keith Aviles, the financial services manager also did a wonderful job! It only took about 20 minutes to go through all of the forms necessary to purchase the car. He carefully explained everything I needed to sign. I did not spend hours like I have in other dealerships completing form! It was fast and easy!
