I have been very pleased with the purchase of my 2019 Outback. I had a very bad problem with service in March. They did an update on my onboard Camera screen/Bluetooth navigation/radio unit and it no longer plays the Mp3 disc that I use to listen to books on my long road trips .... AND even more of the Bluetooth phone features didn't work. When the service rep called the service tech, I could hear through the phone him say 'Tell the lady to get a new phone!' All I wanted was the same features that worked when I bought the car 9 months earlier to work again. The car was a Certified used with only 4800 miles on it. When speaking with service manager, I was yelled at and he walked out of the room. Talked to the General Manager and he helped to get in contact with Subaru USA. A new update will have to be created and installed to correct the missing features of my unit. Not happy but they offered $100 of refund of Audibles to help bridge the time gap. A month later, I want body side moldings and an oil change. Sent an e-mail to general manager listing the problem and that I needed reassurance that the service will be much different that the previous one. CRICKETS!! No response to my email. More

Just after purchasing my used Subaru, the Check Engine light came on and I was 150 miles away in Nashville. Nick and the guys were there to help, they sent me to the local Subaru shop, got a diagnosis and picked up the bill to fix it! Awesome integrity here, and much appreciated. THanks guys! More

Management will “LIE” to your face talking about all these great tax incentives to trade in a vehicle just to find out 3 weeks later you owe over 1,000 dollars (from the bmv NOT Kelly Subaru) in outstanding balances because the taxes weren’t paid. Car salesman’s was fine, He didn’t know. Management with over “20 years experience” apparently did not know or did not offer the information that tax credits are not guaranteed to keep me in the door when trying to “earn my business” as he said. His response? Well you should of known. After a very colorful conversation I was hung up on after being called hateful names from someone whose literally paid to be professional. I was recommend to this dealer from a friend whose family has always bought their cars here who had since apologized on behalf of Kelly Subaru for the all around terrible service. I highly suggest shopping somewhere else. You deserve to shop at a dealership that will not hold information just to “get a sale.” More
Very sloppy work! Car in for major service. Technician failed to screw in drain plug properly! Oil leaked on garage floor. Service writer tried to make good by towin Car in for major service. Service writer tried to make good by towing car in, fixing the plug, and sending a kid to deliver the car and clean our floor. Kid decided to rock out on our car on the way. Changed our settings--and left gobs of oil on the floor. Service writer gets an A. Technician and the cleanup kid get an F-. Can't trust Kelly again. More
Terrible I strongly would not recommend this dealership purchased a used vehicle from them which I was told had been serviced and had not the oil is not change I strongly would not recommend this dealership purchased a used vehicle from them which I was told had been serviced and had not the oil is not changed none of the fluids are topped off or any air added to any of the tires on top of that two and a half weeks after purchasing I was informed that they lost my down payment and I would have to remake the down payment they were no way very friendly about the situation and lied to me about titling the vehicle saying it was holding it up when it had already been titled then threatened with collections More
