I had previously owned a Subaru Outback and when in need of a new car, I visited Crown Subaru. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist and I looked at a new Outback on the showroom floor. After i of a new car, I visited Crown Subaru. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist and I looked at a new Outback on the showroom floor. After inspecting that vehicle, I asked the receptionist for a sales person and was soon greeted by Lisa Harbour. She showed me the available cars and went over the 2022 Outback model. Thankfully, she was not pushy or of the "fast talker" variety. She made the process of buying an Outback an enjoyable experience. Bella Lilly reviewed the myriad of driver controls and systems with me. Steve Gordon explained the available betterments which could be added to the car's purchase and answered my questions. The showroom was in good order in terms of being clean and orderly. Free coffee and cold water, etc. in the waiting area was appreciated. More

MEGAN took over my interest in Suburu after repeated emails to another salesperson remained unanswered. After test driving what i thought I might need and after Megan asked many questions…she asked me to test drive the Forester. She was spot on. That was the car I needed. She did the search for the “my” car…found a perfect match and saw the sale through to the very end, always in good communication with tons of patience! Staff is excellent, friendly and very helpful. Danny Mc is the very best automobile sales person I have encountered--a seasoned Pro highly skilled and atypical among his traditional peers. I trust his judgment, value his advice and friendship. Josh V., Service Advisor is one of the best young Service Advisors I have worked with in diagnosing and efficiently maneuvering the modern auto's new and ever changing technology. A ray of light in the young auto professional that will handle the transition the auto industry is facing in the coming years. This is my third Subaru. My first was purchased in 1971. The revolution of the company is amazing and while not a perfect car, the Outback is as close as they come in today's overregulated environment. Keep Teams like Danny and Jonas there and you got a pleased and repeat Customer. More
