Let me start by saying Chuck did an outstanding job for me. I live in Indiana and found my dream car online. I called Chuck and we worked out a deal over the phone for the car, sight unseen, other then the me. I live in Indiana and found my dream car online. He went out of his way to help with me being able to purchase the car, because I was stuck in NW Indiana in a snowstorm and needed a couple of weeks to be able to travel to buy the car. The day we were to arrive I was stuck in traffic and Chuck stayed after closing so that I could see and test drive my car before the rain was to come in the next morning. The car was absolutely perfect, just like he had stated. I returned the next morning after an overnight hotel stay, ( and good dinner recommended by Chuck) and purchased my car without any delay. Thank you Chuck for going out of your way to help me purchase my dream car. P.S.- There was a slight "paperwork glitch" with my title, but Chuck stayed on it, kept me legal and in the loop the whole time. Thanks again, I love my 2020 Mustang GT. More
