I had previously owned a Subaru Outback and when in need of a new car, I visited Crown Subaru. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist and I looked at a new Outback on the showroom floor. After inspecting that vehicle, I asked the receptionist for a sales person and was soon greeted by Lisa Harbour. She showed me the available cars and went over the 2022 Outback model. Thankfully, she was not pushy or of the "fast talker" variety. She made the process of buying an Outback an enjoyable experience. Bella Lilly reviewed the myriad of driver controls and systems with me. Steve Gordon explained the available betterments which could be added to the car's purchase and answered my questions. MEGAN took over my interest in Suburu after repeated emails to another salesperson remained unanswered. Josh V., Service Advisor is one of the best young Service Advisors I have worked with in diagnosing and efficiently maneuvering the modern auto's new and ever changing technology. A ray of light in the young auto professional that will handle the transition the auto industry is facing in the coming years. This is my third Subaru. My first was purchased in 1971. The revolution of the company is amazing and while not a perfect car, the Outback is as close as they come in today's overregulated environment.
