I scheduled a 6,000 mile service online at the last minute. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted promptly and courteously. My car was serviced and ready in 30 minutes. I bought from a dealer in Atlanta, but for my last two services when I called them they had no appointments for 3 weeks. I was too close on the mileage to wait and I need an appointment as I am an hour a services when I called them they had no appointments for 3 weeks. I was too close on the mileage to wait and I need an appointment as I am an hour away. Crown Subaru is 30 minutes farther, but on both occasions they scheduled my appointment immediately. I was extremely please with the service I received. Lucas Marler and the service team really came through for me. Lucas even provided an estimate for my next 30,000 mile service, so there are no surprises when I bring it in. Crown should commend Lucas because now I do plan to schedule that service with Crown.
