i had a problem with a used subaru i had recently purchased that i could not figure out so i took my 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport to Crown to have it fixed. i met a gentleman named Jonas Vanlandingham t purchased that i could not figure out so i took my 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport to Crown to have it fixed. i met a gentleman named Jonas Vanlandingham there in there service department office who made my experience there so easy. My phone blocks numbers that it does not recognize which meant the number from Crown about my car. Jonas was willing and did text me throughout the process knowing i had phone issues. He kept me up to date on my vehicle and the issue i had required them to get parts shipped to them. Unfortunately it was postponed a day and Mr. Vandlandingham knowing it is my only vehicle took it upon himself to have me a loaner vehicle to use which was needed and very much appreciated. I now have my vehicle back with the repairs done and i would highly recommend if you need service take it to Crown and ask for Jonas he will treat you right. More
