Crown Subaru

I took my 2012 Subaru Outback, purchased at this dealership, to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I had no appointment, as the last time I heard anything about that, no ap dealership, to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited a few minutes before anyone approached me, and a few more before Lucas Marler was available to help and get my service started. That is not their fault. Not is the fact that I didn't get a car wash as part of the service, as usual, but did get a card for a free car wash. They are short-handed, probably because of COVID. The people with whom I dealt were great. Things have changed, not due to the change in ownership of the dealership, but because things are changing in every area of everyday life. More

I had previously owned a Subaru Outback and when in need of a new car, I visited Crown Subaru. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist and I looked at a new Outback on the showroom floor. After inspecting that vehicle, I asked the receptionist for a sales person and was soon greeted by Lisa Harbour. She showed me the available cars and went over the 2022 Outback model. Thankfully, she was not pushy or of the "fast talker" variety. She made the process of buying an Outback an enjoyable experience. Bella Lilly reviewed the myriad of driver controls and systems with me. Steve Gordon explained the available betterments which could be added to the car's purchase and answered my questions. MEGAN took over my interest in Suburu after repeated emails to another salesperson remained unanswered.
