As I told your service rep when I spoke to him on the phone. I explained to him to make sure the car is fixed because the car was being loaded on a car carrier the next day . Why did the tech ignore the main problem of why I brought the car in? I told the rep what was wrong with the car and he writes down something else on my sheet. I paid for a diagnostic and was not given one. I was told that what ever the tech did to my car corrected the problem and did not. The car was exactly the same when I picked it up. The can needed to loaded on a carrier the next day to be transported out of state. So it makes no sense to talk to crown Subaru. You can’t do anything for me. You want to ship the car back to the dealership ? What I’m saying is how can you say the car was fixed when the tachometer is jumping all over the place. You have to be blind not to see there’s a problem. So being out of state with the car I took my complaint to Subaru customer care. The end result was to take the car to another Subaru dealer and pay again to have the car fixed. So I’m looking for you to do anything at all. You ripped me off. Your not going to do anything anyways. Just use the excuse. Well I can’t do anything if I don’t have the car. It was stressed to your service rep to make sure the car is fixed. I asked about everything and was told it was fixed. So you got me. That’s ok. Subaru has not been good to me. That’s ok..the car now is a talking point when people get in my car for a ride. They ask why my car runs so bad. And I tell them. Crown Subaru says this is fixed ! I ask. Does my dashboard looked fixed. The tachometer is going crazy.
