Kiara was pleasant and helpful as she could be. Set appt to test drive vehicle through the email system, called Kiara told her she said she didn't know if it would be ready for a test drive on date I chose, asked if it would be gone too.I was then told I could reserve car with a deposit to ensure no one else could look at before I did. Would have been beneficial to know that information in the beginning. The other issue was when working with the finance department, had received the preliminary billing statement, nothing was sent ahead of time to choose additional warranty coverage choices until I was purchasing the vehicle. I paid cash and did not finance, so had to use a credit card for the balance, so I would have wanted to know those two things up front at beginning. Again Kiara was good and made sure to show the options vehicle had on test drive day and again today when I picked up the vehicle. Thank you, Victoria More

My family have been customers of Crown for many years going back to when it was still Kelly Subaru, and while we were all skeptical of the ownership and eventual location change, we could not be happier going back to when it was still Kelly Subaru, and while we were all skeptical of the ownership and eventual location change, we could not be happier with Crown Subaru after the last several years. Keith has traditionally helped me in the past, and while he is still the man and helped out in this process, it's no surprise he's now general manager, so for this purchase, I got to work Ron Kwiatkowski, and once again, Crown did not disappoint. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous, absolutely not pushy, and the new location is pristine. The service center should inspire other dealers to take note as well. I cannot think of anything bad to say for Crown, and if I didn't love their cars enough to keep buying them, their team's attitude and approach would still keep me coming back! More
