After having the Crown Subaru service department perform a diagnostic test on my vehicle, I chose not to have them complete the necessary repair due to their price; however, I was very pleased with the kind a diagnostic test on my vehicle, I chose not to have them complete the necessary repair due to their price; however, I was very pleased with the kind customer service which was given, particularly by Jonas Vanlandingham. Have tried a number of times to get an appointment for service with the dealership since it became Crown (formerly Kelly). VERY disappointing. Have a full warranty on my car and actually have to take it t service with the dealership since it became Crown (formerly Kelly). VERY disappointing. Have a full warranty on my car and actually have to take it to a QuickLube to get an oil change due to the new "appointment process" which is less than accommodating. Definitely not the personal service that you used to get with Kelly when it comes to simple service visits. More
