I took my 2012 Subaru Outback, purchased at this dealership, to the service department for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited a few minutes before anyone approached me, and a few more before Lucas Marler was available to help and get my service started. That is not their fault. Not is the fact that I didn't get a car wash as part of the service, as usual, but did get a card for a free car wash. They are short-handed, probably because of COVID. I had previously owned a Subaru Outback and when in need of a new car, I visited Crown Subaru. Upon entering, I was greeted by the receptionist and I looked at a new Outback on the showroom floor. Thankfully, she was not pushy or of the "fast talker" variety. She made the process of buying an Outback an enjoyable experience. Bella Lilly reviewed the myriad of driver controls and systems with me. Steve Gordon explained the available betterments which could be added to the car's purchase and answered my questions.
