There is an appreciable difference in the service area now that the Subaru dealership has been transitioned to Crown from Kelly. The Crown service advisors don’t try to “up-sell” you and are only very ple now that the Subaru dealership has been transitioned to Crown from Kelly. The Crown service advisors don’t try to “up-sell” you and are only very pleasant; not aggressive. We used to actively avoid the Kelly Subaru dealership but now have been to the Crown Subaru dealership multiple times for routine maintenance as well as more involved preventative maintenance. More
