I recently had my first service at Subaru. From the time I pulled up I was greeted right away and shown inside. Everyone was very busy, but remained extremely welcoming. I was also having remote start added to my Outback. There was a small issue with the part, when Jonas realized the problem he called me with a solution. He gave me the loaner car overnight. I was able to pick up my car the next morning and Jonas gave me a quick lesson on how the remote start works. The whole process was simple. More
