Upon the initial phone conversation with Chris Dover we knew this would be a pleasant car-buying experience. We drove from GA to TN in order to purchase a vehicle and we would do it again in the future jus knew this would be a pleasant car-buying experience. Chris was very polite and upbeat and he never rushed us away, we definitely felt valued as a customer. My husband spoke to Justin Standridge over the phone and we were approved over the phone and he was very helpful and understanding and answered all of our questions. During the last step, signing the paperwork, is when we met Steve Gordon (who we had also spoken to over the phone) and he was great, too! He was very thorough. Also some nice touches to the dealership were the fireplace (it had snowed during the night) and the coffee/tea and snack area. I was notified by Subaru that there was a recall but no at Crown could answer this issue. Also, if there is a problem with delivering your services (in this case the computer being down) then the customer at Crown could answer this issue. This has been my third trip to Crown Subaru for service/repair and it has been enjoyable every single time.
