I had the car in for its 90000 mile servicing. Lucas Marler checked me in. When I mentioned that we also had a problem with the passenger window not going down, he knew exactly how to fix it which Lucas Marler checked me in. The servicing was done exactly when they said it would be. Lucas was friendly, polite and knew his stuff. One other comment is that when I made the appointment they told me exactly what it would cost and Lucas asked me when he checked it in if I knew how much it would be and what was going to be done. Upon the initial phone conversation with Chris Dover we knew this would be a pleasant car-buying experience. We drove from GA to TN in order to purchase a vehicle and we would do it again in the future jus knew this would be a pleasant car-buying experience. Chris was very polite and upbeat and he never rushed us away, we definitely felt valued as a customer. My husband spoke to Justin Standridge over the phone and we were approved over the phone and he was very helpful and understanding and answered all of our questions. During the last step, signing the paperwork, is when we met Steve Gordon (who we had also spoken to over the phone) and he was great, too! He was very thorough. Also some nice touches to the dealership were the fireplace (it had snowed during the night) and the coffee/tea and snack area. I highly recommend the New/Used car dealership as well as working with Chris, Justin and Steve! More
I was notified by Subaru that there was a recall but no at Crown could answer this issue. Also, if there is a problem with delivering your services (in this case the computer being down) then the customer at Crown could answer this issue. Also, if there is a problem with delivering your services (in this case the computer being down) then the customers scheduled for service should be called and informed. When the service happened, it was very good, efficient, pleasant. More
